Get to know the Fasting Tracker Screen
The fasting tracker screen is the main screen to track your fasting session. When idle it shows the current time. If there is an ongoing session it shows the current fasting phase and the projected end time.

Quick start guide for setting up a new fast #
1. Fasting method #
Tap on the Fasting Method dropdown box and select one of the available methods.
How to choose a different start date #
Tap on the date picker icon to select a date.
If you want to register an already completed fast: select the past date and time. By default the number of past dates is limited to three days. You can increase this number in the configuration screen.
How to change the start time #
Tap on the time.
A pop-up will appear which lets you set the desired start time.
Tap on actual time →
→ set the desired time…
Auto repeat function #
When turned on a new session is automatically started after the current fast is finished. To set this setting to always on or off: See Config>Preferences>Fasting.
Choosing a fasting method #
There are 7 different fasting methods available.
Free style #
In free style mode you are free to start a fast without a pre-set endtime. The counter keeps running until you stop it.
16/8 – 18/6 – 20/4 – 22/2 methods #
These fasting methods are variations on each other. Choose the fasting plan which suits you best.
16/8: Fast for 16 hours followed by an 8 hour meal time window.
18/6: Fast for 18 hours followed by an 6 hour meal time window.
20/4: Fast for 20 hours followed by an 4 hour meal time window.
22/4: Fast for 20 hours followed by an 2 hour meal time window.
After you have chosen one of the options above, the timer will tick down to zero. After that, it will count the remaining hours of the ‘meal’ time window.
OMAD and ADF #
OMAD: Fast for 24 hours. In this case you eat one meal a day, hence the abbreviation: One Meal A Day. There is no specific need for counting calories. Eat so that you are satisfied.
ADF: You fast on one day and eat regular meals next day. in this mode, the timer will tick down from 24 to zero. After that, it will keep running for the next 24 hours. Note that these hours won’t be counted as fasting hours.
