Daily log: Be more mindful
The Daily Log keeps track of 3 main categories. There is also a fourth category to rate your sleep. This category is only available when a sleep session has been logged.

Sleep #
You can rate your sleep when a sleep session has been logged with the sleep tracker. Note that it’s possible to log a session manually, so in case you didn’t track a session this option can be used to rate a sleep session which wasn’t logged before.

Bedtime: the time of the LAST sleep session.

Number of sessions: in case you woke up and stopped the tracker and started another session some time later, this counts as a new session

Target time: in case the sleep tracker was set to a specific target time. In all other cases the target time is always equal to the time slept

Hours slept: the total time logged by the sleep tracker

Difference: the difference between the target time and the time slept

rested: rating from worse to super good
Log #
Can be used as a diary to keep notes about today. For example:
- how well the fasting worked out today
- your meal(s)
- life in general, good things, bad things
There is a search option available in the log reader so you can easily search older log entries to find about specific past events.
Log reader #
the log reader shows all entries of a specific month and let’s you search the through all record entries for specific keywords.

How to use these metrics #
Update the values when you wake up and re-evaluate them when you go to bed. Ask yourself: Was this a good day? If not, why not? The details about the day can be logged in the daily log.
What these metrics can tell #
The metrics have certain modifiers so that better ratings are valued higher. This makes these values stand out. This way it becomes possible to see which days where very good, average or below average.
