Hi, I’m Sam – creator & developer of Fasting4All
After practising fasting combined with a low carb diet for a few years and logging data with different tools I decided to build a Fasting App with a very different approach compared to other apps.
Since I’m also fond of programming and everything to do with data, analysis & statistics the main focus of the app is much broader than fasting.
In my opinion fasting is a lifestyle by choice. It’s about being conscious about what you want to achieve in life, set goals and personal growth. Fasting itself acts as an anchor because you become much more aware of your health and the choose of food.

You can see Fasting4All as a toolbox. Fasting itself is not the target. The goal is to lead a healthy life. In order to do that you have to prioritise what’s important. Eat well, exercise and get a good rest. The app supports that by keeping track of the overal picture.
