How to change the default fasting method #
The fasting method can be set to a default value so you it’s always selected on the Fasting Tracker screen.
If you don’t want to set a default target time, simply choose: No default setting
Date picker settings #
By adjusting the number of days in the past and the total number of days available you can change the available selection of dates in the date picker.
Repeat interval #
When auto repeat is enabled the next fast will be rescheduled immediately after the current fast is finished.
With this setting you can adjust how the reschedule mechanism works. For example: If you want to fast every other day, or if you want to fast one day per week: just change the number of days to the desired interval. The next fast will be scheduled on the desired interval and the timer will count down to the next fast.
